Nut Free Dukkah

Ingredients:

1/4 cup pepitas

1/4 cup sunflower kernals

2 tbsp sesame seeds

salt to taste

Instructions

Roughly chop seeds then toast for about 5 mins in a frying pan with the sesame seeds (be careful they don’t burn).

Pour them into a small bowl add salt to taste. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

Use to coat rissoles and salmon before frying. Poor over salads and roasted veggies.
